   Bring the coffee to a boil with sugar, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves, to make a rich coffee base.

   Soften the gelatin in water according to the package instructions, then stir it into the hot coffee until fully dissolved. Avoid adding gelatin while the coffee is too hot, or it won't set properly.

   Pour the coffee-gelatin mixture into the inner pot of the thermal cooker, let it cool, then refrigerate until fully set into jelly.
