1
Tear the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces, place in the air fryer, spray lightly with oil, and season with salt.
2
Air fry at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until you get crispy tofu bites that make a great meat substitute and soak up sauce well.
3
Cut the corn on the cob lengthwise through the core into quarters to form corn rib shapes.
4
Spray the corn ribs with oil and dust them with your favorite barbecue seasoning.
5
Air fry at 400°F for 13–15 minutes, then finish with a squeeze of barbecue sauce or a drizzle of homemade cilantro crema.
6
Pat the whole chicken dry, season generously with salt and pepper, and stuff the cavity with fresh herbs and a halved lemon.
7
Place the chicken in the fridge to dry brine overnight, allowing the seasoning to penetrate and the skin to dry out for crispiness.
8
The next day, place the chicken in the air fryer and cook at 300°F for 20 minutes.
9
Flip the chicken over and continue air frying for another 20–25 minutes until fully cooked, resulting in a juicy, tender roasted chicken with almost no wasted space.
