   Blanch the pork ribs: place them in cold water, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam. Remove and rinse with hot water to remove any impurities, which prevents the meat from shrinking excessively or becoming tough.

   Place the blanched pork ribs, bamboo shoots with their steaming liquid, abalone, mushrooms, ginger, rice wine, and salt into the electric cooker's inner pot.
