Authentic Thai Pandan Iced Tea

   Prepare one litre of water and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Tie five pandan leaves together and scrunch them to release the flavor.

   Bring the water to a boil, add the tied pandan leaves, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the aroma is released.

   Add 75g of brown sugar to the boiling pandan water.

   In a separate pot, simmer 1/2 cup of water with 45g of pandan leaves cut into small pieces, then bring to a boil.

   Strain the pandan leaf liquid and add it to the brown sugar water in the main pot. The mixture will separate into layers.
