Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Unwrap the wheel of Brie carefully, taking care not to tear the outer rind. Place it on a rimmed baking sheet.

Bake the Brie for about 15 minutes until it is soft and gooey. If there are any tears in the top or bottom, position them face-up to minimize oozing.

While the Brie bakes, prepare your serving platter. Choose a large wooden board or platter and place an upside-down bowl off-center as a placeholder for where the Brie will go.

Arrange fresh fruit, crackers, and garnishes around the platter. Include berries, grapes, pears, apples, figs, strawberries, and a variety of crackers. Add fresh rosemary sprigs for visual interest and holiday appeal.

When the timer goes off, carefully remove the Brie from the oven. Gently take out the placeholder bowl and set the hot Brie wheel in the center of the platter.
