6
Prepare the hotdogs: slice into rounds.
7
Prepare the chicken: trim excess fat and cut into serving-sized pieces.
8
Heat the pan or pot, then add oil once hot.

10
Add the chicken and cook each side for about 1 to 1.5 minutes until lightly browned.
11
Add the tomato sauce and water, stirring well to incorporate.
12
Add the hotdogs and mix with chicken. Add sufficient water, cover the pot, and let simmer over low to medium heat to cook the chicken through.

Mix the Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix with water, pour into the pot with chicken and hotdogs, stir well, cover, and cook over low to medium heat for 45 minutes.
14
Taste the broth with a clean spoon and add a Knorr Chicken Cube if needed to enhance flavor.
15
Add potatoes and carrots, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce, cover, and cook for 8 minutes until vegetables are tender.
16
Add the frozen peas and bell peppers, mix everything together, and cook uncovered over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
17
Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste, mix thoroughly to distribute evenly, being careful not to crush the vegetables.
