In a pot with oil and salt, cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions for no more than 8 minutes.

Dice the chicken breast and wash it with lemon juice, cool water, and vinegar.

Season the diced chicken with soy sauce, black pepper, Jamaica red seasoning, garlic powder, and sliced ginger in a bowl.

Set the seasoned chicken aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.

In a bowl, combine half a cup of water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, a sprinkle of sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.

After about 7 minutes, the noodles should be cooked. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking.

Heat about 1 tablespoon of butter and a small amount of oil in a pan on medium-high heat until melted.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through, then remove from the pan.
