1
Slice the chicken breast and combine with soy sauce, all purpose seasoning, minced garlic, black pepper and ginger slices. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
2
Make the sauce by combining water, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
3
Add salted butter and a small amount of oil to a clean pan and heat on medium-high until melted.
4
Cook the marinated chicken in the pan on medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes until cooked through but not dry. Remove from pan and set aside.
5
Add the shrimp to the same pan with seasoning powder and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Remove and set aside.
6
Add butter, garlic powder and seasoning to the pan. Stir-fry all the chopped vegetables (onion, cabbage, ginger, green beans, bell peppers) on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes while keeping them crisp.
7
Return the cooked chicken, shrimp and vegetables to the pan. Pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything together on high heat for about 1 minute until the sauce coats all ingredients evenly.
8
Serve the stir-fry hot, optionally with steamed jasmine rice or your choice of side dish.
