An easy creamy beef and mushroom stew made by sautéing thin-sliced beef with garlic, onions, and mushrooms, then simmered in a rich cream sauce. Perfect served over rice or mashed potatoes.

Melt butter in a pot with cooking oil to prevent burning. Once slightly warmed, add thinly sliced garlic and cook on low to medium heat until the garlic turns brown.

Once garlic is browned, add chopped yellow onions and fry until softened.

Add the thinly sliced beef and stir constantly until all sides turn light brown.

Add water to cover the beef and simmer on low heat until the beef becomes tender. Add more water as needed during cooking if the liquid reduces too much.

Once the beef is tender, add the drained mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes.

Dissolve Knorr Cream of Mushroom soup in water, stirring until smooth, then add to the pot.

Mix regularly and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Adjust consistency by adding more water if desired.

Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt, ground black pepper, or white pepper as needed.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with freshly cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
