Toast the semolina in a pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until golden brown and fragrant.

Remove the toasted semolina from heat and allow it to cool.

Heat the full cream milk to a boil in a separate pan, without adding any water to maintain richness.

As the milk comes to a boil, gradually pour the toasted semolina into it while stirring vigorously with the other hand to prevent lumping and ensure even mixing.

Add the chopped cashews for flavor, and continue cooking on medium heat.

Cook on medium heat, adjusting between medium and high flame as needed, stirring until the mixture becomes thick and reaches the proper halwa consistency.

Once the mixture reaches the perfect thick consistency, add the dhamroot extract to enhance the traditional flavor.

Add cooled milk in the appropriate quantity and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
