Ingredients

Slice the green onions into sections.

Heat oil in a pan and add half of the sliced green onions.

Microwave the dumplings for 2–3 minutes, then cut them into small pieces.

Add the rice to the pan and mix with the green onions and dumplings.

Add oyster sauce or soy sauce to season, stir well, and transfer to a plate to cool slightly.

Crack eggs into the pan and spread them thinly into a crepe-like layer.

While the egg layer is still soft, quickly roll the rice mixture into the center of the egg crepe and roll it up into a tube.
