   Combine 1 cup of chopped tomato, 5 cashews, 1 green chilli, 2 tbsp curd, and a few coriander leaves in a blender. Blend into a smooth paste.

   Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and sauté 1 chopped onion until softened.

   Add the tomato-cashew paste and mix in 1 tbsp chilli powder, 3/4 tbsp coriander powder, and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. Stir well.

   In a separate pan, heat 1 tsp oil and lightly fry 5 boiled eggs. Season with 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and salt.

   Heat 2 tbsp oil in another pan, add 1 cinnamon stick, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 chopped onion, and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Sauté until fragrant.

   Add the tomato-spice paste to the tempering mixture and blend well. Stir in 1 tsp garam masala, salt, and the fried eggs.

   Simmer the curry for about 3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well. Turn off heat, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve.
