Ingredients

Minced chickenFor the kofta~400 gest.

Start the gravy base with tomatoes, seasoning it with cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, cumin and chili powder.

Add salt and let the tomatoes cook down well until soft and flavorful.

Prepare the kofta mixture by combining minced chicken with chopped onion, ginger, garlic and salt.

Mix in egg, fine porridge and chicken stock, then shape the mixture into koftas and place them into hot water.

Season the stock the koftas are cooking in with fennel powder, salt, a little curd, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste.

Add the finished double koftas into the tomato gravy, finish with a drizzle of fresh cream, and serve.
