Add the almond or coconut milk, cane sugar, matcha powder, and frozen banana to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 45 seconds to 1 minute, using the tamper to ensure the mixture becomes completely smooth. Be careful not to over-blend, as the friction from the blades can start to melt the mixture.

Carefully pour the matcha mixture into popsicle molds and use a spoon to smooth out the surface.

Carefully insert the popsicle sticks into the molds.

Transfer the molds to the freezer and freeze for 3 to 5 hours, ideally overnight, until completely frozen.

Once frozen, carefully remove the popsicles from the molds and serve.
