Neapolitan Cookies

Steps

   Prepare the base cookie dough and divide it into two equal portions.

   Mix powdered strawberries into one portion while leaving the other portion plain (vanilla).

   Roll out each colored dough, layer and roll them together, then slice into individual pieces.

   Place the sliced dough pieces on a baking sheet and bake until set and lightly golden.

   Once cooled, dip one side of each cookie into melted chocolate and let it set before serving.
