Pour 1.5 liters of milk into a pot and heat over medium flame. Stir continuously throughout the heating process, alternating between high and low flame, to prevent the milk from sticking.

Squeeze juice from 4 fresh oranges and extract the juice.

Once the milk is thickened, add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well until completely dissolved.

Add the freshly squeezed orange juice to the sweetened milk along with a pinch of food coloring. Mix thoroughly to distribute the color evenly.

Allow the milk mixture to cool to room temperature, then add 1 cup of fresh cream and stir well. If fresh cream is unavailable, you can use chilled milk cream as a substitute.

Pour the mixture into kulfi molds and add a handful of chopped nuts as garnish.

Place the molds in the freezer until completely set.
