Pandan Sticky Rice

   Rinse 250g of sticky rice thoroughly until the water runs clear, then drain well.

   Cut 10 pandan leaves into small pieces and blend with 1 cup of water.

   Strain the pandan mixture through cheesecloth to extract the dark green liquid.

   If desired, add green food coloring to brighten the color. Without coloring, the rice will be a darker shade of green.

   Soak the drained sticky rice in the pandan liquid for 3 hours.
