Shallots100 g
Oil1 tsp
Garlic~4 clovesest.
Red chilli6
Tomato3
Peanut¾ cups
Saltto taste
Mustard seeds~1 tspest.
Curry leaves~10-12est.

Cut shallots into pieces and add to a pan on medium heat.

Add salt and cook until the shallots soften completely.

Add tomato pieces and continue cooking until tomatoes become very soft.

Add 3/4 cup of peanuts and mix well.
