Gather all ingredients: Italian seasoning, very finely chopped parsley, and freshly grated garlic (use 1 or 2 cloves depending on desired garlic intensity).

Pour 1/2 cup of regular olive oil (not extra virgin) into a bowl and add the grated garlic.

Add hot pepper flakes (start with 1/2 tsp, adjusting up to 1 tsp for more heat) and stir well.
