   Preheat the oven to 180–190°C (can go up to 200°C depending on your oven).

   Cut the chicken drumsticks and set aside. Season with four-spice blend, salt, Espelette pepper, olive oil, and allspice. Add lightly crushed garlic. Mix everything together to create a quick instant marinade.

   Prepare the vegetables: whole fennel (washed), potato cut into thick slices with skin left on, and whole orange (washed).

   Season the vegetables with a pinch of salt, a little black pepper, and olive oil. Add a little water.

   Place the vegetables in the preheated oven and roast for 45 minutes.

   After 45 minutes, stir the vegetables gently. Place the marinated chicken on top of the vegetables.
