   In a bowl, mix together milk, milk powder, egg, sugar, and yeast until well combined. Add flour and salt, mixing until incorporated.

   Add softened butter and mix until fully absorbed. Knead the dough until smooth (using the slap and fold method). Form into a ball and place in an oiled bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

   Make the filling: Mix together salted butter, dark brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
