Peel the yellow potatoes and cut them into large chunks. Boil in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Break up the ground turkey and beef together in a bowl. Add oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and ground nutmeg. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Finely dice the onions, bell peppers, scallion, garlic, parsley, and fresh Scotch bonnet pepper. Add to the meat mixture. Make sure the meat is well seasoned.

Crack 3 eggs into the meat and add some bread crumbs. Mix together with your hands until everything is well combined. Let rest for about 10 minutes to firm up.

Mash the cooked potatoes with butter, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Cool for about 10 minutes until it can be handled with your hands.

Roll the cooled mashed potato into balls, making as many as you have meatballs (approximately 13). Set aside.

Place a meatball on plastic wrap and press it flat with your hand to form a patty. Place a potato ball in the center, fold the meat around it to enclose it, then roll gently to form a sphere.

Arrange all the stuffed meatballs on baking dishes. Place in a preheated 350°F oven for the first half of cooking, then increase the temperature to 400°F for the second half, for a total of about 45 minutes until the meat is cooked through.

Prepare the sauce by combining plain Greek yogurt, ketchup, Diana sauce, Thai chili sauce, and fresh jerk seasoning. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

When the meatballs are nearly cooked through, top with a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and return to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Serve the finished stuffed meatballs on plates, drizzle with the prepared sauce, and accompany with a fresh side salad.
