   Clean the pork skin thoroughly, scrape off any hair and dirt, drain well, and cut into strips approximately 1 cm wide and 5 cm long.

   Place a pan over medium heat, add the cut pork skin and 500 ml of water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of pork seasoning powder.

   Keep stirring the pork skin with a spatula to ensure even cooking. As the water evaporates, fat will render out from the skin. Continue frying until the skin is mostly dry and the bubbles subside, indicating the fat has mostly rendered.

   Turn off the heat and let the pork skin soak in the rendered oil for about 2 hours until the oil cools completely.

   Scoop the pork skin out with a colander and drain off the oil. Pour the oil into the pan and heat it over high heat until very hot.
