A Japanese wagashi (traditional confection) made with silken tofu and potato starch, easily prepared in the microwave. Mix tofu, potato starch, and sugar, then heat in the microwave three times with stirring between intervals, chill, cut into pieces, and dust with kinako (roasted soybean flour). The tofu makes this a lighter, healthier dessert with a wonderfully chewy texture.
