Slice the green onion lengthwise; chives may be used as a substitute.

Add the drained tuna to a bowl, crack in 2 eggs, then add 3 tablespoons of wheat flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Add the sliced green onion and 1 bowl of cooked rice, then mix everything together well until combined.

Heat oil in a pan, spoon in 1 tablespoon of the mixture and cook over medium heat until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side until done. Test-fry a small portion first to check the seasoning.
