Boil the waxy potatoes in their skins until fully cooked.

Add the eggs to the same boiling water when the potatoes are nearly done, and cook for about 5-6 minutes until soft-boiled, then cool in cold water.

Slice the cucumber thinly and salt it lightly, then let it sit to release moisture and absorb the salt.

Dice the bacon and fry it in a little oil until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

Let the cooked potatoes cool for 2-3 minutes, then peel off the skin while still warm.

Mix Greek yogurt, mustard, mayonnaise, and milk in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper to make the dressing.

Add the peeled potatoes, crispy bacon, and drained cucumber to the dressing.

Peel the soft-boiled eggs and add them to the salad, then gently toss everything together.
