   Place chicken legs in a bowl and add a little oil, salt, black pepper, thyme, garlic powder, about 1 tablespoon of jerk seasoning, and browning for colour.

   Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chicken in a baking tray and roast for about 30 minutes, basting with the chicken's own juices halfway through to keep it moist.
