Cream the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy.

Add the room temperature eggs one at a time, scraping down the sides of the bowl before each addition. Once incorporated, beat in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, kosher salt, and ground allspice until homogenous.

Add the dry ingredients in three additions, alternating with the wet ingredients (milk). Scrape down the bowl between additions. Add the Greek yogurt with the final dry mixture and blend until completely combined.

Oil a 9×14-inch casserole pan, line with parchment paper, and pour in the batter. Smooth the surface and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and the cake pulls away from the sides.

While the cake cools, make the filling by whipping together the cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and softened butter until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, beat for about 30 seconds, then add the vanilla extract and beat until light and fluffy.

Once the cake is completely cooled, level the domed top by trimming it off. Trim the edges and cut into 1.5-inch squares. Slice each square horizontally in half.

Pipe the filling onto the bottom cake halves in thick lines and sandwich with the top halves. Apply a thin layer of filling to all sides of each cake to create a crumb coat for clean dipping.

Set up a double boiler and melt the white chocolate candy melts with the vegetable shortening. Dip the sides of each cake first, allow to harden completely, then dip the tops and bottoms until fully coated.

Trim any rough edges. Allow the white chocolate coating to fully harden. Optionally drizzle with additional chocolate for decoration.
