Spray a bundt cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add 225g of room temperature unsalted butter to a stand mixer and beat on high speed for about 1 minute to further soften.

Add 400g of granulated sugar and beat on medium-high speed for 3 to 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Scrape down the bowl.

Add the 4 room temperature eggs one at a time, beating for about 30 seconds after each egg and scraping down the sides of the bowl between additions.

Add 125g of melted and cooled caramelized white chocolate to the mixture and scrape down the bowl again.

Beat in 160g of unsweetened coconut milk, 100g of sour cream or crème fraîche, and 1 teaspoon of coconut extract, ensuring all ingredients are at room temperature.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 360g of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 0.5 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon kosher salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and gently mix until no dry patches remain. Fold together a few times by hand to ensure complete incorporation.

Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan. Jostle and tap the pan a few times to level the top.

Place in a preheated 325°F oven and bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until the edges of the cake begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.

Add 226g of room temperature cream cheese, 170g of butter, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of kosher salt to a stand mixer. Beat for 3 to 4 minutes until light and fluffy.

Sift in 120g of powdered sugar and start on low speed to avoid dust. Beat for about 1 minute until creamy and frosting-like, adjusting for thickness and sweetness as needed.

Once the cake is completely cooled, optionally turn it out onto a cake board and place on a cake turntable for easier decorating.
