1
Combine beef with soy sauce, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, chicken bouillon, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, ginger powder, and olive oil in a bowl.
2
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly until the beef is completely coated with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes, preferably overnight or 8 hours.
3
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Do not stir for the first 3 minutes to develop a good sear.
4
Once the beef begins to brown, stir and continue cooking over medium heat for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
5
In a separate pan, heat oil for frying. Test the oil temperature with a wooden spoon or toothpick—it is ready when small bubbles appear. If there is excessive smoke, lower the heat and let the oil cool slightly.
6
Dip warmed corn tortillas into the hot oil and fold them into taco shell shape. Fry until crispy and golden.
7
Place refried beans in a small ziplock bag or piping bag and pipe into the bottom of each taco shell.
8
Add the cooked carne asada beef to the taco shells.
9
Place guacamole in a ziplock bag or piping bag and pipe into the tacos.
10
Top with cheese and your choice of salsa. Serve immediately.
