Combine minced garlic, oil, lime juice, brown sugar, and all spices in a bowl to make the marinade. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and let marinate for about 20 minutes.

Dissolve cornstarch into the chicken broth, add Maggi Jugó, mix well, and set aside.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. Add bell peppers and onion, sauté for 5 minutes until softened. Remove from pan.

Cook the marinated chicken in batches in the same pan until cooked through. Remove each batch as it finishes and repeat until all chicken is cooked.

Return all cooked chicken and vegetables to the pan, pour in the cornstarch-broth mixture, and mix until everything comes together and the sauce thickens.
