Easy and delicious roasted green beans wrapped in bacon with a sweet and savory glaze. The bacon becomes caramelized and crispy while the beans stay tender, making a perfect holiday side dish.

garlicgrated, or use garlic and herb seasoning1 clove
seasoned salt1 pinch
soy or Worcestershire sauce1 dash
saltfor boiling green beans~½ tspest.

Blanch the green beans in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking and retain the bright green color.

Drain the green beans and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess moisture.

Mix together melted butter, brown sugar, soy or Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, and seasoned salt in a small bowl, stirring until combined.

Take half slices of bacon and bundle 4-5 green beans together, wrapping the bacon around each bundle and placing seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Spoon the prepared sauce over all the green bean bundles, coating them evenly.

Bake in a 400°F oven for 25-30 minutes total. Halfway through cooking, brush the bacon with extra glaze using a pastry brush to help it caramelize, then return to the oven to finish.
