   Prepare all ingredients. If using fresh rice, place it in the rice cooker and cook until done. If using leftover cold rice, skip this step.

   Chop the bell pepper, onion, ham, and green onions into small pieces, keeping the white and green parts of the green onion separate.

   Heat garlic-infused oil and scramble the beaten eggs until partially cooked, then lower the heat to prevent overcooking.
