Homemade Pot Sticker Dipping Sauce

   Pour 3 tablespoons of black soy sauce into a bowl.

   Stir well for about 1 minute until all the sugar is completely dissolved and all ingredients are well combined.

   Taste the sauce. Add more soy sauce if you prefer it saltier, or more vinegar if you prefer it more sour.

   Optionally add chopped ginger, sliced green onion, and chili oil to taste. Pour the basic sauce into individual bowls and add chili oil separately to adjust the heat level to your preference.
