1
Boil 1 liter of water and cook the 200g egg noodles for 3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
2
Combine the diced chicken with ginger paste, garlic paste, and 2 tbsp soy sauce in a bowl. Mix well and let marinate for 5 minutes.
3
Mix the remaining 2 tbsp soy sauce, honey, water, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch together. Stir well to dissolve the honey and set aside.
4
Heat oil in a wok over high heat and add the marinated chicken. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the outer surface turns light brown.
5
Add the chopped white part of the green onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
6
Add the julienned red bell pepper and half of the green parts of the green onions. Cook for 1 minute.
7
Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly due to the cornstarch.
8
Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss well to coat completely with the sauce. Add the remaining green onion parts and cook for another 2 minutes.
