Jamaican Chocolate Tea

   Pour approximately three-quarters pot of water into a pot and add a quarter teaspoon of salt if desired. Bring to a boil over high heat.

   Add all the Jamaican chocolate sticks and cinnamon sticks to the boiling water. Let boil for 5 to 10 minutes until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

   Reduce heat to medium and pour in approximately one-quarter of a can of coconut milk. Continue boiling to allow the chocolate to fully dissolve.

   Once chocolate is fully dissolved, turn off the heat. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, half a teaspoon of nutmeg, and a quarter teaspoon of ground allspice. Stir well to combine.

   Pour in evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk to taste, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.

   If needed, gently reheat the tea over low heat to make it hotter. Pour through a fine strainer into cups to separate any undissolved chocolate bits, or drink with the bits if preferred.

   Serve the hot chocolate tea in cups, traditionally enjoyed with hard dough bread on the side. Dunk the bread into the tea or take bites of bread while drinking.
