Mushroom Pepper Fry

Ingredients: 2 tbsp oil; 1 tsp fennel seeds; 2 onion; to taste salt; 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste; 1 tomato; 400 g mushroom; 1 tsp chilli powder; 2 tsp coriander powder; ¼ tsp turmeric powder; 2 tsp pepper powder; ~¼ cups water; ~¼ cups coriander leaves; ~8-10 curry leaves

A fragrant and spiced mushroom dish with black pepper and aromatic spices, simple to prepare and excellent as a side dish

Ingredients

oil2 tbsp
fennel seeds1 tsp

ginger-garlic paste2 tbsp

mushroom400 g
chilli powder1 tsp
coriander powder2 tsp
turmeric powder¼ tsp
pepper powder2 tsp
wateras needed~¼ cupsest.
coriander leaves~¼ cupsest.
curry leaves~8-10est.

Heat a pan and add the oil

Add fennel seeds and let them crackle

Add the chopped onions and stir-fry

Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and tomato, mix well

Add the mushrooms and toss to combine

Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder, stir well

Add water as needed and continue cooking until the mushrooms are tender, adjust seasoning to taste

Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves before serving
