   Soak 1 cup of sticky rice for at least 5 hours, then drain and set aside.

   Finely mince the white parts of the green onions and add to the ground pork; reserve the green parts for garnish.

   Season the pork with salt, white pepper powder, and Shaoxing cooking wine, then add grated ginger.

   Add 1 tablespoon of potato starch or cornstarch and the egg white, then mix well.

   Rinse the soaked sticky rice several times and drain well.

   Roll the meatball in the sticky rice, gently pressing to coat evenly, then shake off excess rice.

    Place the pearl meatballs in a boiling steamer, cover, and steam for about 25 minutes, adding hot water as needed to maintain steam.
