Grind the tomatoes, onion, garlic, a pinch of salt, and water together until smooth and paste-like.

Heat oil in a pot and toast the caracol soup pasta until golden and aromatic.

Pour the ground tomato mixture into the pot and let it boil and brown well.

Add the broth from cooking the chicken breast to the pot to enhance the flavor.
