Soft and Fluffy Milky Cheese Roll

   In a bowl, combine evaporated milk, egg, sugar, mashed potato, and instant yeast.

   Add bread flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.

   Add butter and mix until fully absorbed into the dough.

   Transfer to a floured counter and knead until smooth and elastic, about 7 minutes.

   Shape into a smooth ball, place in an oiled bowl, and coat the dough with oil.

   Cover and let rise for 40 to 60 minutes until doubled in size.

   Punch down the dough to release gas, transfer to counter, and divide into 16 equal pieces.

   Shape each piece into a smooth ball, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes.

   Roll out each dough ball, place a cheese stick in the center, roll tightly, and pinch the edges. Let rise until doubled.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for 15 to 18 minutes until light golden. Cool slightly.
