Truffle Mushroom Pasta

   Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Bring salted water to a boil, add the pasta, cover to speed up boiling, then uncover and continue cooking for the specified time. Drain and set aside.

   Melt butter in a pan and mix in olive oil to increase the smoke point and prevent the butter from burning.

   Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan, salt them, and stir continuously for about 2 minutes until they become soft.

   Add the Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup mixed with water, and whisk thoroughly to achieve a smooth texture.

   Add the minced fresh rosemary and slowly pour in the soup mixture. Bring to a boil and stir occasionally as the sauce thickens.
