   Wash and drain the chicken pieces. Season thoroughly with salt, jerk seasoning, all purpose seasoning, chicken seasoning, paprika, green season blend, and browning. Mix well so each piece is evenly coated with the spice mixture.

   Cover and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

   Heat oil in a heavy Dutch pot and add the marinated chicken pieces. Fry on both sides until golden brown, creating a flavorful exterior without cooking through completely.
