Pork Chops with Hot Cherry Peppers

   Season both sides of the pork chops evenly with salt and black pepper.

   Prepare the hot cherry peppers: open the jar, cut into four pieces, and reserve the vinegar from the jar.

   Chop the onions and set aside; prepare garlic by splitting into cloves.

   Add a little olive oil to two separate pans: one for cooking the pork chops and another for cooking the onions and peppers.
